Using the best of both worlds, I blend my culinary and healthcare background to motivate clients. I believe that a healthy, balanced diet doesn’t need to be boring. Modifying recipes and getting creative in the kitchen is my happy place.

My Story

I am Juliana Nagy, a Non-Diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and I  graduated from Life University with a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.

I am also an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Care Practitioner. I completed my training and certification at The Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.

Working as outpatient dietitian, I counsel patients in a private clinical setting on topics including Functional Nutrition, Auto-Immune Diseases, Fibromyalgia, Food Sensitivities, Prenatal and Maternal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Disease, High Cholesterol, Digestive Disorders and more.

I am a Licensed Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program and a Psychology of Eating Certified Coach. Needless to say, I deeply believe that the body is a complex organism, requiring much more than just the basics of food, water and exercise. In order for your entire body to function optimally, the mind, body and the emotions also need support.

I am also a Reiki Master who believes that there is a powerful connection between our mind, our body and our spirit. This is where Reiki comes in to support you.

Lastly, One of my greatest passions is cooking. Having spent 9 months at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and being born in Brazil , I deeply appreciate a variety of international cuisines.
