Working as outpatient dietitian, I counsel patients in a private clinical setting on topics including Functional Nutrition, Auto-Immune Diseases, Fibromyalgia, Food Sensitivities, Prenatal and Maternal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Disease, High Cholesterol, Digestive Disorders and more.
One of my greatest passions is cooking. Having spent 9 months at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and being born in Brazil , I deeply appreciate a variety of international cuisines.
